Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using AutomateHabit ("the App"). The App is developed and provided by Milan Dhameliya ("we," "us," "our"), an individual developer based in Gujarat, India. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

AutomateHabit is a personal habit-tracking application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Free and Paid Features

  • The App is free to download and use for up to 2 habits.
  • To track unlimited habits, you may purchase either:
    • Yearly Unlock — $14.99 USD, billed annually, auto-renewing.
    • Lifetime Unlock — $29.99 USD, one-time payment, no expiration.
  • No free trial is offered on the yearly plan.
  • Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's local pricing and currency conversion.

3. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

  • All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not directly collect, process, or store any payment information.
  • The Yearly Unlock automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
  • The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
  • Refunds are governed entirely by Apple's App Store refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or see Apple's refund support page.

4. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, you can restore your previously purchased Yearly or Lifetime Unlock using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

5. Your Data

AutomateHabit operates fully offline. All data you enter (your name, habits, streaks, and related content) is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, or have access to this data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve this data (e.g., via encrypted device/iCloud backups managed by Apple, outside of the App itself).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent or bypass any purchase or paywall mechanism within the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, graphics, and underlying code, is the property of Milan Dhameliya. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App itself, only a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements, including for habit-building or productivity outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Milan Dhameliya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any loss of data stored locally on your device.

10. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service, where applicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable App Store distribution agreements.
